"Still waiting on the refund they promised"
I sent my order back exactly like they told me to, and they made it sound like the refund would be sorted quickly. Weeks later, nothing has come through. Every time I contact support, I just get some short reply that doesn’t actually explain anything or give a real update. Frustrating when what they promised doesn’t match what’s actually happening. I won’t be ordering from mysupplement.shop again.

"Decent, but I expected a little more"
I tried a couple of supplements from mysupplement.shop and they were okay overall. The quality seems fine, but nothing really stood out to me (especially for the price). One of the bottles also had a bit of a weird smell, which made me hesitate a little. Not a terrible experience by any means, just not quite as impressive as I was hoping.

"I’ve ordered from My Supplement twice now..."
I’ve ordered from My Supplement twice now, and both times the delivery was later than expected. The first time, I waited a few extra days and kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated, so I had to contact them to find out what was going on. I gave them another chance with a second order a few weeks later, but that one arrived almost a week after the date they originally gave me. if you need your supplements by a certain time, I wouldn’t rely on them

"Site was honestly such a hassle"
Tbh, using this website was super annoying. Pages kept loading weird, the filters didn’t really do what they were supposed to, and checkout was confusing af. I tried twice and just gave up. Not worth the hassle imo.

"Canceling Was Such a Hassle"
I signed up thinking it would be simple, but trying to cancel the subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be. I kept getting sent in circles, what a joke. It shouldn’t be that hard to stop a service.

"Customer service was alright, but way too slow"
They did help me in the end, so I’ll give them that, but it took way longer than it should have. I don’t have a ton of patience for waiting around, so the whole thing got frustrating...

"Didn't really do anything for me"
I used it for a few weeks i don't feel any different. Maybe it works for other people, but it don't seem to do much for me. Felt like a waste.

I almost ordered, but I couldn’t really find enough clear details about the ingredients... and that made me hesitate!! I just didn’t feel totally comfortable buying without knowing exactly what was in it, you know?!

"So Much for a Supplement Store"
I went in hoping to grab my usual supplements, but apparently that was asking too much. They didn’t have about half of what I needed, so I got a nice little reminder that shopping in person can still be a scavenger hunt.
